Savory Mixed Nuts

Delicious! Savory Mixed Nuts are perfect for your next party. They compliment any array of appetizers. They also make tasty party favors, homemade holiday gifts, and hostess gifts! Just make sure they cool completely before placing them in a gift tin or mason jar. Enjoy!

Savory Mixed Nuts (makes 2 cups)

1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary, chopped

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 large egg white

1 pound mixed raw nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, peanuts, hazelnuts)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheet generously with cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix rosemary, sugar, salt and pepper. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk egg white until frothy. Add nuts and coat thoroughly. Add rosemary mixture and toss to coat.

Spread nuts in one layer over baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, stirring once half way through. Loosen nuts from pan and allow to cool. Nuts can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1 week. Enjoy!
